Welcome to the Calqy Alpha Test Program

Thank you for participating in the testing of Calqy, an experimental AI-powered AMT tax calculator. By clicking "I Agree" or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Alpha Testing Agreement ("Agreement").

1. Alpha Testing Status - IMPORTANT

THIS IS EXPERIMENTAL SOFTWARE IN EARLY TESTING

You understand and acknowledge that:

Calqy is in ALPHA testing and is not a finished product
The service WILL contain bugs, errors, and miscalculations
Features may be added, removed, or changed without notice
The service may be unavailable or discontinued at any time
All data you enter may be permanently lost without warning
This is a test environment and should NOT be relied upon for any actual tax decisions

2. NOT TAX ADVICE - CRITICAL DISCLAIMER

CALQY DOES NOT PROVIDE TAX, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

This service is an experimental calculator tool ONLY
All calculations are likely to contain errors during this alpha phase
Do NOT use these calculations for filing taxes or making financial decisions
You MUST consult with a licensed tax professional for all tax matters
We are NOT tax advisors, CPAs, or attorneys
There is NO professional relationship created by using this alpha test

3. Eligibility

By using this alpha test, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You understand this is experimental software
You will not rely on any calculations for actual tax purposes
You are participating voluntarily to help test and improve the service

4. Alpha Tester Responsibilities

As an alpha tester, you agree to:

Provide feedback about bugs, errors, and user experience issues
Use fictional or test data when possible
Report any calculation errors or unexpected behavior
Not share access credentials with others
Keep the existence and details of the alpha test confidential unless we state otherwise
Not attempt to hack, stress test, or intentionally break the service

5. Privacy and Data

Your data may be reviewed to improve the service
We will handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy
Alpha test data may be deleted at any time without notice
Do NOT enter Social Security Numbers or Tax ID Numbers
We recommend using approximate numbers rather than exact financial data during testing

6. Feedback and Ideas

Any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas you provide during the alpha test:

Become the property of Calqy
Can be used without compensation to you
May be incorporated into the final product
Will be treated as non-confidential (except your personal data)

7. No Warranty or Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH ALL FAULTS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We provide NO warranties or guarantees of any kind
We are NOT liable for any damages arising from your use of this alpha test
We are NOT responsible for any tax penalties, interest, or other consequences
You use this service entirely at your own risk
We specifically disclaim liability for any calculation errors or service failures

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Haldun Anil, doing business as Calqy, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the alpha test
Any actions you take based on the service's calculations
Your violation of this Agreement
Any tax liabilities or penalties you incur

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time
We may remove your access immediately without notice
We may delete all your data upon termination
The disclaimers and liability limitations survive termination

10. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
